Mana Market – Refunds & Returns Policy

At Mana Market, we are committed to providing high-quality collectibles and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for purpose.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product you purchase:
- Is faulty or defective;
- Is significantly different from its
- description or sample;
- Isn’t of acceptable quality.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would do.
These consumer guarantees apply regardless of whether your purchase was made in-store or online.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Mana Market will offer a store credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation).
- For online returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, no change-of-mind returns are accepted on:
- Trading card game (TCG) booster packs, boxes, or single cards;
- Clearance or sale items;
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
We will arrange for:
- A refund
- Replacement of the item; or
- Store credit, as appropriate.
For online orders, we may require photos of the product and packaging to assist with your claim.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment:
- Refunds processed back to the card used at purchase.
- Refunds returned to your PayPal account.
Refunds may take 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
