When my submission will be completed?

PSA's grading timeline varies greatly from submission to submission, as a result finding an accurate estimation for completing a submission is difficult, and often in-accurate.

What if my submission is not found?

This could mean that the submission is still on it's way to the PSA Grading location, or PSA have not yet begun the submission process.

Please check again at a later time, or check the tracking sheet.

If your submission still isn't showing after and it should be, please reach out to our team for more information

Can I see the results of my grades before I receive them?

Part of the fun is the surprise! Mana Market keeps your grades confidential until you pick up your cards or receive your delivery.

Don't worry, we'll let you know the moment your submission is ready to collect!

My order is 'Completed' can I pick up my submissions?

PSA marks a submission as 'Completed' once it has gone through all grading and QA checks, this does not mean your submission has returned to Mana Market.

We will send you an email or give you a call when the submissions are received back in our store.

Depending on delivery times, this may take up to 2-3 weeks to be received from PSA after submissions are completed.
