If you grade cards, you've probably already heard the news. PSA has temporarily paused new submissions across all four of its Value service tiers, and it's set to shake up how a lot of collectors get their cards slabbed over the coming months.
Here at Mana Market, we've decided to respond by dropping the cost of our "Regular" tier PSA submissions from $220 down to $175, for the next 2 weeks only.
What PSA actually announced
Facing a backlog of more than 10 million cards, PSA has closed Value Bulk, Value, Value Plus and Value Max to new submissions. The goal is to work that backlog down before reopening the tiers, which PSA expects to take several months.
The cheaper, high volume tiers were where a huge amount of modern TCG grading was happening, so pausing them has an immediate flow on effect for anyone who grades regularly.
What it means for collectors
With the Value tiers closed, Regular is now the most affordable PSA tier still open to new submissions. For a lot of collectors, that means the cheapest realistic path to a PSA slab just got more expensive overnight.
That's exactly the gap we wanted to help close. Rather than let the change price you out of grading, we're absorbing some of the difference ourselves.

How to lock in the discounted price
To secure the $175 price, there are two steps:
- Fill out our online PSA submission form.
- Drop your cards into the store by 14 June.
Your online form sits as "processing" until the physical cards are with our team, so the discount is only locked in once you've dropped them off. Completing the form on its own won't hold the price.
If you've been sitting on a chase card waiting to be slabbed, or a stack you've been meaning to send off, this is the window to do it.
