FAQs
Do your fees include eBay fees?
Yes! The fee rate you see in the table above is all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges or additional eBay fees on top. Because Mana Market is an official eBay consignment partner, we benefit from reduced platform fees, and we pass those savings directly on to you.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are issued on the following week via bank transfer. Once your card sells and the buyer's payment clears, we'll process your payout in the next weekly payment cycle.
Please note that funds may be held until eBay's buyer-protection period has elapsed to ensure the transaction is fully complete.
Why should I sell through consignment instead of selling on eBay myself?
Selling through our consignment service actually puts more money in your pocket than selling on eBay yourself. eBay charges sellers multiple fees including: listing fees, final value fees (13-15%), payment processing fees, and optional promotion costs, which quickly add up to 15-20% or more of your sale price. Our all-inclusive consignment fees (6-12% depending on sale price) cover everything, meaning you keep a larger percentage of the final sale.
I've dropped off / sent my items, what's next?
Once we receive your items, our team will verify and create individual listings. Your items will go live as 7-day auctions on our eBay account, and we'll handle everything from there - buyer questions, payment processing, and secure shipping. You'll receive updates throughout the process and your payout on the following week after sale.
My card or product didn't sell or the buyer didn't pay. What happens?
If a buyer wins but doesn't complete payment, we'll automatically relist your card for another 7-day auction at no additional cost. This process repeats until your item sells. There are no extra fees for relisting - you only pay our standard consignment fee once the item successfully sells and payment is received.
Can i have a reserve on my auctions
No, we don't offer reserves on consignment auctions. All cards start at $1 to maximise bidding activity and reach. This creates competitive bidding environments that often drive final prices above expectations. Once the auction ends, the final sale price is locked in - this approach consistently delivers strong results for all auctioned items.
How much will I get paid?
Your payout is based on the final sale price (excluding postage) minus our tiered consignment fee for each individual item. For example: if your card sells for $500, you'll receive $445 (11% fee = $55). Check our pricing table above to calculate your expected payout based on different sale prices.
Can I cancel or withdraw my item from auction?
Yes, you can withdraw items up to 48 hours before the auction ends by emailing consignments@manamarket.com.au. A $20 cancellation fee applies, plus return shipping and insurance costs. Your item will only be released once all fees are paid in full.

How the eBay Consignment Program works
The eBay Consignment Program allows you to sell your trading cards and collectables through consignment services offered by independent partners. You choose a partner from a list of experienced sellers and send/drop-off your item to your partner’s store. They’ll manage the whole process on your behalf and take care of photos, listings and shipping. Once your item sells, you’ll receive payment from your partner
The power of eBay listings for collectables
eBay offers both auction and fixed-price formats when consigning collectable items.
Seven-day auctions starting at $1 may attract early interest and encourage multiple buyers to compete. As bidding activity builds, the final sale price reflects real-time market demand for rare, limited or highly sought-after items.
Fixed-price listings provide price certainty to buyers. For collectables with established demand and clear market value, this option allows buyers to act quickly and purchase your items.
Why choose professional consignment?
With consignment, you’ll be able to save time and effort while your partner manages the process from listing through to fulfilment. As an expert seller, your partner will provide end-to-end support including pricing guidance, professional listing presentation, arranging shipping and buyer management. For trading cards and collectables, partnering with an established seller helps minimise the hassle so you can enjoy the benefits.
