Mana Market – Refunds & Returns Policy

At Mana Market, we are committed to providing high-quality collectibles and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, match their description, and are fit for purpose.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product you purchase:
- Is faulty or defective;
- Is significantly different from its
- description or sample;
- Isn’t of acceptable quality.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would do;
These consumer guarantees apply regardless of whether your purchase was made in-store or online.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Mana Market will offer a store credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation).
- For online returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, no change-of-mind returns are accepted on:
- Trading card game (TCG) booster packs, boxes, or single cards;
- Clearance or sale items;
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
We will arrange for:
- A refund
- Replacement of the item; or
- Store credit, as appropriate.
For online orders, we may require photos of the product and packaging to assist with your claim.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment:
- Refunds processed back to the card used at purchase.
- Refunds returned to your PayPal account.
Refunds may take 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Policy
Mana Market – Shipping Policy

At Mana Market, we’re passionate about protecting your collectibles and getting them to you quickly and securely. We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders Australia-wide with care and reliability.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Options
We offer the following Australia Post shipping methods:
Standard Green Letter Tracked Mailer
: Ideal for trading card singles.
: Each card is shipped in a penny sleeve, top loader, and team bag, then secured in a tracked green AusPost mailer.
: Includes tracking via Australia Post.
: Typically 2–6 business days, depending on location.
Bubble Mailer – Parcel Post
: Used for small items or multiple trading cards.
: TCG cards are sleeved, top loaded, team bagged, and securely placed inside a protective bubble mailer for maximum protection.
: Full Australia Post parcel tracking included.
: Typically 2–6 business days, with tracking updates provided.
Bubble Mailer – Express Post
: Fast delivery of multiple cards or small items.
: Same protective method as our standard bubble mailer.
: Yes, with priority delivery.
: 1–3 business days (depending on location).
Boxed Shipping – Small & Large
: Larger orders, boxed items, or high-value collectibles.
: Items are securely packed with bubble wrap and padding inside rigid cardboard boxes to ensure maximum protection during transit.
Discontinued: Non-Tracked Mailer Shipping
At Mana Market, the safe and secure delivery of your order is our top priority.
In the past, we offered non-tracked shipping options for certain low-value items. However, due to an increasing number of lost packages and customer concerns, we have permanently discontinued all non-tracked mailer shipping.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing with no way to trace it. By offering only tracked shipping options, we ensure that every order can be monitored from dispatch to delivery, giving both us and our customers peace of mind.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to improve our service and protect your collectibles.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and weight of the items. Orders over $200 we offer free shipping!
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your parcel through the Australia Post website or app.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, postal network delays, etc.). If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving it.
6. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. If you’re outside of Australia and interested in purchasing, please contact us to discuss potential options.
7. Packaging Standards
We take pride in ensuring your collectibles arrive in excellent condition. All items are packaged with care using protective materials suited to the item type.
